The Cook with AEG site is a microsite that uses WordPress as a CMS.
The client requested that the page tab should work on desktop and mobile. This is done by creating a separate Facebook application which has in built redirection, if the site is viewed on mobile, then redirect to the root URL, otherwise, redirect to the page tab. Because of this, the site is fully responsive and cross browser tested to IE8 and above.
This site has a Twitter feed inbuilt onto the site. As Twitter updated their API, a traditional method of embedding a twitter feed onto a site has changed. As this was a occurring problem in my development process, I took the initiative to create a WordPress plugin to pull in the results of a search query, save the results into the database and then display them as a widget.
This project was in partnership with Rave Communication. They are the agency that handled the AEG account and provided myself with the creative.
